These Terms govern your use of the Madhavika website and your purchase of digital products (eBooks). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Digital products

All products are digital downloads (PDF). After successful payment, you receive instant access via automatic download, a secure emailed link, and your library.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay. Madhavika does not store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency.

4. Licence & permitted use

When you buy an eBook, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own and your family's use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or upload the files elsewhere.

5. Downloads & access security

Download links are time-limited and tied to the purchaser's email, protected by a one-time verification code. Please don't share your links or codes.

6. Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. We will, however, help with payment failures, duplicate charges, or files that won't download. Contact support@madhavika.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the website or other users' purchases.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.
