Our approach

We collect as little personal data as possible — only what we need to deliver your purchase and support you.

What we collect

• Your email address (for delivery, receipts, and your library)
• Order details: the product, order/payment reference, status, and date
• Basic technical data needed to run and secure the site

Payment card details are handled directly by our payment provider, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To deliver your eBooks and enable secure re-downloads
• To send order confirmations and support replies
• To prevent fraud and protect purchases

Download security

Download links are time-limited and verified with a one-time code sent to the purchaser's email. We store a secure hash of download tokens — not the raw link — to keep your purchase safe.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your purchases and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@madhavika.com.
