Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products are fulfilled immediately

Madhavika sells digital eBooks (PDF) that are delivered instantly on successful payment. Because fulfilment is automatic and immediate, orders generally cannot be cancelled once payment is complete and the product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Before you pay

You can cancel at any time before completing payment — simply remove items from your cart or leave the checkout page. No charge is made until a payment is successfully completed.

3. After payment, before download

If you have paid but have not yet downloaded or accessed the eBook and wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@madhavika.com with your checkout email and Razorpay payment / order reference. If the product has not been accessed, we will cancel the order and refund it in line with our Refund Policy.

4. Subscriptions

Madhavika does not sell subscriptions or recurring plans — every purchase is a one-time order, so there is nothing to cancel for future billing.
